此開源項目爲漢語（普通話/國語）標注國際音標，支援繁體字及簡體中文。透過 IPA 資料庫獲取標音數據，並將 IPA 轉換為拼音格式
This open-source project transcribes the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) for Mandarin Chinese, supporting both Traditional and Simplified Chinese characters. It obtains phonetic data from the IPA database and converts the IPA into Pinyin format.
